beWELL Programs

See Who We've Partnered With for Success

We partnered with OLLY to provide strategic guidance to align their brand, social impact, and workplace wellness initiatives - a collaboration that garnered positive press coverage in Forbes. By championing a foundation for resilient organizations and communities, our collaboration aimed to destigmatize mental health conversations in the workplace and cultivate belonging in our communities.

Dr. Monica Mo's moving and heartfelt keynote, "Seeding The Shift," kicked off their evolving mission-driven work. She also led public conversations with influential thought leaders during World Mental Health Day and AAPI Heritage Month on OLLY’s social channels to drive awareness. A multi-year partnership with our non-profit SeekHer supported their research initiative and led to the development of community care resources for women and underrepresented mental health practitioners.

WellSeek's human-centered approach to work well-being was featured in the Shorty Impact Award-winning series "The Workplace Report". Part of Indeed & WSJ's "Leading The Way on Talent" program, we collaborated with the production team to develop exclusive video and article content highlighting Dr. Mo's personal story and the power of open dialogue in the workplace. As one of only two U.S. workplace leaders featured, Dr. Mo's emphasis on treating employees as whole people ignited a powerful conversation to prioritize human connection and support in our organizations.

During the two-day launch of The Good Stuff Social Club in NYC with actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Marshalls provided women with access to resources, tools, and community to achieve their ambitions and increase their self-worth. Dr. Mo was tapped to design and lead an interactive workshop focused on empowering women with tools to find balance, own their boundaries, and set realistic expectations that maximize their value. The partnership with Marshalls extended beyond the event, continuing the online conversation in SeekHer's community care space to offer guided practices for women to achieve their ambitions for a better life.

Dr. Mo led an insightful Brain Break session "Why Wellness Isn't Binary” at their annual user conference MongoDB.live to empower the tech-focused audience to recognize that a rigid approach to well-being can be counterproductive. The science-driven session guided the audience in shifting their mindset on their approach to physical health and stress, explored their impact on productivity and burnout, and provided actionable steps for achieving balance through mind-body connection.

  • "I kept hearing over and over about how your story and examples ran true for so many. You being here was so powerful for people. At least 5 people came to me saying they were moved to tears because what you said resonated so deeply."

    — VP of Social Impact, OLLY PBC

  • “The quality of experience in each discussion was beyond impressive in the sense of well-known experts who were introduced to our audience through this transformative partnership. It inspired and supported our audiences to unlock their gifts and potential through community insights, and generated more interest in curating wellness events across multiple US-based teams.”

    — Community Manager at General Assembly

  • "The team thoroughly enjoyed meeting you at the event! You did such an amazing job and we’re so pleased with the overall turnout. We are so grateful for your partnership and continue to receive an overwhelming amount of gratitude for your session from our clients, team and event attendees."

    — Brand Purpose Executive, Edelman

  • "The workshop was so insightful. I would definitely recommend it to any leaders out there who want to take a moment and reevaluate how we can set up our team, community, and especially ourselves."

    — Store Manager, UNTUCKit

  • "Thanks again for working with us on this production. Your experience and expertise added so much to the work wellbeing conversation.  Looking forward to collaborating on more projects to come. "

    — Global Creative Director, Indeed
