Pop culture creates a notion that we must adhere to hard-defined rules to be healthy, productive members of society. Polarizing diet fads often focus on physical appearance as the defining indicator of health. Beyond that, there is a pressure to push the limits even how we exercise and work. They become glorified badges of honor that make an impact on our stress levels and sleep patterns that compromise the wellbeing of even those with healthiest diet and exercise lifestyles.

Starting on May 1, we're partnering up with True Health Initiative and our other community collaborators to celebrate all of the ways we can reframe our perspective on what true health and happiness means. Whatever your definition of a healthy life is, here’s the truth:
