How to Use Meal Planning As A Tool in Intuitive Eating
with Kylie Mitchell, MPH, RDN, LD
In this Month's Webinar, we will focus on:
Establish trust with your client by setting the true intentions of meal planning as a temporary support tool, and not as a quick fix.
How to transition between different forms of meal planning techniques (Meal exchanges, Plating Method, Rule-of-3), and when to bridge with intuitive eating.
Navigate behavior cues of ED vs. disordered eating clients on whether they may benefit from structured meal plans
This webinar is for any RD and health practitioner who is looking for a framework to help their clients transition into intuitive eating.
